The Frymaster MasterJet is the ultimate restaurant deep fryer, with quick responses to temperature changes. Distributing heat evenly and adjusting temperature quickly, reduces heat-up times. An open pot design makes cleaning easy. The ergonomic bottom slopes forward, leaving minimal oil behind after filtering. The deep cold zone extends the life of the oil by keeping the lower oil cooler.
