Mono body construction with AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior finish creates a highly durable surface that is easy to wipe clean when needed. The insulation thickness of 60 mm is made of CFC-free high-density polyurethane foam, preventing temperature loss when in use. Also, the CS22 combi station has a worktop thickness of 40mm, allowing you to use it as a prep station.
Two refrigerated drawers at -2°C - 8°C have a maximum height of 200 mm - allowing you to store a multitude of products. Two heated drawers at 30°C - 85°C have a moisture extraction system and maximum height of 200 mm - ideal for keeping food warmer for longer. The capacitive control board with temperature set function and HACCP alarms provide you with full access to change temperature when needed.
