Important: delivery for heavy equipment is to KERBSIDE/ROADSIDE only. Shipping insurance may be charged separately if not a collection. Sometimes couriers may go farther to assist, but their company policy does not require them to. Couriers are not removalists. To help you plan for the moving of heavy equipment, the courier will usually contact you in advance to agree on a delivery day. Plan in advance to have enough help onsite to carry heavy equipment. If you require additional manual assistance to move the heavy goods inside your premise, this must be requested and may be provided for an extra fee; but it comes at a premium. We do not offer installation services at this stage, although many of our appliances are fairly straightforward in the plug-and-play sense.Share
