The warewasher has a high capacity of up to 1200 glasses an hour and can complete a full cycle in as little as 90 seconds, making it ideal for busy kitchen environments. Each of its wash cycles requires only 2.5 litres of water, reducing both your kitchen's environmental impact and its running costs.The warewasher's design is sleek and compact, occupying minimal floorspace and saving you room in your kitchen. Its one-touch control panel with digital wash and rinse temperature displays helps you maintain food safety levels by recording any HACCPs quickly and accurately. The machine's door features two skins to reduce heat and sound emissions, keeping your kitchen cooler and helping your staff stay comfortable on shifts. Its spray arms and filters can easily be removed for cleaning, further helping you stay in line with health and safety standards.The SW400 warewasher comes with a glass rack measuring 430 x 360 square millimetres, and has a built-in detergent and rinse aid pump fitted as standard to optimise cleaning cycles. For peace of mind, it is covered by Eswood's standard two-year warranty, which covers both parts and labour.
