This cycle removes streaks of water from the glasses after they have been cleaned, as well as keeps your kitchen staff safe and comfortable when taking glasses out of the machine.Each of the IW3N's cycles is initiated using push-button controls, making it quick and easy to use. The digital temperature display and controls further simplify operations, enabling you to monitor the machine's temperature while in use and adjust it if it goes out of range. In addition, the durable stainless-steel body construction and wash arms ensure long-lasting use in commercial kitchens.The Eswood IW3N undercounter glasswasher comes with a flat rack, a plate/saucer support and a cutlery container. Its spray arms and filters can easily be removed for cleaning, ensuring compliance with HACCP and WaterMark standards.
