Boasting a powerful 70MJ/hr Duckbill burner, this unit offers superb cooking times and is suitable for use with stockpots with a capacity of up to 150 litres, rapidly cooking large quantities of food to increase your output and help you meet demand during busy services. Designed with a low 600mm cast iron pot-stand, the stock pot also enables easy access at all times, making cooking a considerably more comfortable process. A convenient water laundry swivel arm situated on the high splashback also allows for the quick filling of pots from a safe distance, ensuring your staff are always protected from high heats and your service is always running smoothly.
