Featuring two stainless steel, 22MJ/hr open burners on the left of the unit, the cooktops offer great performance and can be lifted out for easy cleaning. A 600mm griddle plate on the right provides a large surface area for frying, allowing you to cook vast quantities of food while simultaneously working on the open burners, helping you make your service more efficient. Boasting a high quality vitreous enamel finish, the cast iron burners are incredibly attractive and durable, lasting longer to give you excellent results time and time again. Sturdy legs at the front and rear rollers also allow for easy installation and placement.
