Combining exceptional insulation with a versatile storage space, this insulated Cambro Camcart can keep hot food above 60°C or cold food below 5°C for four hours or more. This is a fantastic choice for catering companies wanting to extend the holding time for carefully prepared meals at buffets or banquets. Featuring polyurethane insulation and an airtight gasket, this creates an excellent temperature retention, pressure and humidity which can also be controlled by a pop-up vent. With moulded handles for ease of transport, this stylish slate blue Camcart has a storage capacity of 57 litres and can fit up to six full size 1/1 gastronorm pans or a combination of 1/2 and 1/3 size pans.
