Featuring four high-output 2.4kW open radiant elements alongside a dedicated 3.4kW griddle element, it offers consistent cooking result. The spacious 6.5kW convection E56C oven ensures even cooking across its four racking positions. Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel finish and reinforced control knobs, the Blue Seal E56C electric oven includes a durable drop-down door with a cool-touch handle and an easy-to-clean vitreous enamelled oven liner.
