Cook pasta efficiently and reliably with this high-performance 450mm Blue Seal Evolution single-pan cooker. Its 40-litre capacity and robust 10.5kW Incoloy 825 element provide rapid heating within a 30°C to 110°C thermostat range. The unique pan design is optimised for 3-phase connection, while the easy-clean 316-grade stainless steel open pan features integrated water fill and a starch skimming faucet. A fine adjustment faucet allows for precise water levels, and a safety cut-out protects against empty pan/boil-out. Convenience of this Blue Seal Evolution E47 electric pasta cooker is enhanced by an incorporated basket drain stand, adjustable feet with rear rollers for easy positioning, and the inclusion of six stainless steel pasta baskets.Limited returns.
