Powerful and incredibly durable, the Blue Seal Evolution Series E56S 900mm Electric Range with Convection Oven is a versatile and efficient cooking solution for any professional kitchen. The electric cooktop features 6 cooking zone with a 2.6kW cast iron hot plate element each. It is mounted on the electric convection oven that has a 4.5kW bottom heat element, a 2kW top heat element, and a 100W oven fan motor for even heat distribution.

With a 2/1 GN capacity, 4 position racking, and 50-320°C thermostatic control, the oven can accommodate a wide range of dishes. The vitreous enamelled control panel and large, control knob have heat-resistant reinforcement. The power indicator light for each element control provides added safety, while the aluminised steel internal construction and fully welded, vitreous enamelled oven liner ensure durability and easy cleaning.
