This Moffat Blue seal propane twin pan fryer offers speed, reliability, and value to your kitchen. The double skin door helps to create a heat insulation, cooking your foods quicker without exhaling heat. The stainless exterior makes wiping the surface when dirty a quick task, allowing you to keep it clean easily.

Boasting Blue Seal's innovative Vee Ray technology, these fryers are made with two 12.5kW infrared burners and offer an incredible 31kg/hr production rate, delivering superb performance to improve your cooking times and maximise your frying output.

Featuring two 13 litre pans, the units allow you to fry two separate food types at different temperatures without the risk of cross contamination, ensuring your kitchen is both efficient and hygienic at all times. The twin pan construction also means you always use the optimal amount of oil when frying, reducing wastage to lower costs to your business.
