Sliding glass doors make it easy for staff to remove pies without too much heat being let out. Also, the doors can then be removed for easier cleaning during downtime. With four fixed wire shelves, this Birko pie warmer can easily hold a maximum of 50 pies.Constructed with stainless steel this pie warmer is highly durable and built to last.
