With three vertical cast iron burners, the Apuro fryer delivers impressive heat-up times and reduced recovery times - essential for sites where the unit is in constant use.Its built-in adjustable thermostat provides accurate temperature control between 93-204°C, ensuring you get the cooking results you're looking for. For safety, the fryer includes a limiter which helps to prevent oil overheating. In addition, the special design of the tank features a large cold zone, preventing food particles from scorching and contaminating the oil - perfect for maximising oil lifespan and reducing running costs.
