Increase output and keep queues to a minimum with the Apuro double contact grill. Combining powerful 3.6kw elements and incredibly strong enamelled cast iron grilling plates, the grill offers exceptional cooking performance and everyday commercial durability. The dual grill maximises efficiency by allowing more food to be cooked simultaneously, therefore reducing wait times and queues. The Apuro makes it easy to get great results - each side has independent temperature controls, allowing you to cook different foods at the same time - no need for separate grills here! In addition, during quieter hours, one side can be shut off to reduce running costs.
