Designed to keep food warm, the kettle uses bain-marie style wet heat to gently heat food without the risk of burning or drying out. By using Bain marie technology, the soup kettle gently warms food without burning, whilst the stylish stainless-steel exterior is incredibly simple to keep clean. Even the lid is designed for convenience - it's got a handy notch for keeping the ladle in place and the hinge prevents excess heat escaping whilst it's open. The gentle wet heat operation prevents the food from burning, while the simple dial temperature control gives you a full temperature range of 35˚c to 95˚c, so you can heat your foods to the optimum level.
