The top ribbed plate further speeds up cooking, adding attractive branding lines into meats and bread.For further cooking consistency, the heavy duty top plates are counter balanced and mounted so that they easily maximise contact between the plate and the food. This helps to speed up the cooking process, whilst the built-in drip tray also reduces the amount of fat on the plate - ideal for ensuring food is tasty and healthier than pan frying.
