Designed with a roll top and central handle, the APR roll top cool plate can be easily lifted for quick and instant access to the food. With a stainless-steel base this roll top cool plate has a wipeable surface that makes it incredibly easy to clean, making it quick and simple to clean drops, spills or splashes of food.
