(a) In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price’).
(b) Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Stripe Inc or PayPal Australia Pty Ltd (the ‘Payment Gateway Providers’). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.
(c) Payment by credit card or PayPal will occur through third-party payment portals/facilities embedded in our website. We not store your credit card details; these are transmitted to the third-party payment processor (Stripe Inc).
(d) With respect to credit card or PayPal payments, payments may be immediately captured in some instances, but in other instances, they may simply be authorised first and then captured within 7 days.
(e) Alternatively, payments may be made for goods via a bank transfer initiated on your side. Following check-out, if you have chosen to pay by direct deposit (bank transfer), you will be presented with BSB and account details for the purposes of making your payment. These details may also be emailed to you for your reference.
(f) Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by artiokitchenware.com.au, you will be issued with an invoice or receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and artiokitchenware.com.au may record your purchase details for future use.
(g) By making a purchase, you are agreeing to that refunds may not be offered for buyer change of mind and buyer error scenarios.
(h) artiokitchenware.com.au reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this and other terms and conditions pages at its sole discretion. When artiokitchenware.com.au updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication.
