Gas Equipment IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified gas plumber for installation in accordance with your
local council code and obtain an Installation Compliance Certificate to signify that it has been installed safely and correctly.
Read the product manual thoroughly before installation and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
Check and ensure gas regulators are set to Natural Gas or LPG as per requirement, do not assume that it is set correctly.
Check and ensure gas pressure complies with the gas type being installed.
Gas Conversion IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers – * applicable for bench-top units only *
Same as above plus.
Any LPG or NG gas appliance requiring conversion to LPG or Natural Gas needs the employ of a qualified gas plumber to install
and must provide an Installation Compliance Certificate (conversion nozzles for alternative gas type is included in packaging).
Upright Fridges and Freezers IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
Read the product manual thoroughly before operating the unit to ensure correct installation and operations are followed.
Minimum of 50cm ventilation MUST be provided at the top of the unit.
Condenser and filter at the top of the unit MUST be cleaned once per month.
Ambient temperature and humidity MUST be maintained according to specifications listed on our website for each specific
product. An air-conditioned environment is required.
Unit MUST be placed away from sunlight and other means of irradiation.
Under-bench and Counter-top Fridges IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
Read the product manual thoroughly before operating the unit to ensure correct installation and operations are followed.
Minimum of 20cm ventilation MUST be provided and maintained at both the back and the compressor side of the unit to the
wall. Unless stated otherwise, the X-series only requires 20cm ventilation at the compressor side of the unit.
Condenser and/or filter at the access panel of the unit MUST be cleaned once per month.
Ambient temperature and humidity MUST be maintained according to specifications listed on our website for each specific
product. An air-conditioned environment is required.
Unit MUST be placed away from sunlight and other means of irradiation.
BEER and CU Fridges IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers

Minimum of 10cm ventilation MUST be provided and maintained at the back of the unit to the wall.

Benchtop and Free Standing Saladette Fridges IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
Read the product manual thoroughly before operating the unit to ensure correct installation and operations are followed.
Minimum of 20cm ventilation MUST be provided and maintained at both the back and the compressor side of the unit to the
wall.
Condenser and filter at the access panel of the unit MUST be cleaned once per month.

Lids MUST remain closed to maintain refrigeration of food within and reduce strain on the compressor.

For double lid models, the centre horizontal support beam is not heated, and ice may form.
Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure and the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.

product. An air-conditioned environment is required.

Pizza Deck Ovens IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified commercial electrician for installation in accordance
with your local council code and provide an Electrical Installation Safety Certificate.
Read the product manual thoroughly before installation and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
Before purchasing, check with your electrician to ensure you have the available power and connections to run this unit. The unit
may require 10amp, 15amp plugs and socket installation. Or unit may run in single or 3 phases depending on the product
purchased. Please check the specifications listed on our website for each specific product.
Electrical Convection Oven (15amp socket) IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
Unit requires a 15amp socket to be installed by a qualified electrician at the end-user site. The socket needs to be compliant with
the local council code and the provision of an Electrical Installation Safety Certificate.
Combi Over (3 phase) IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
Unit doesn’t come with cable or plug. The oven requires a qualified electrician and gas plumber to be installed at the destination
site.
Electrical cables and connections need to comply with local council code and the provision of an Electrical Installation Safety
Certificate.
Gas plumber requires to install a water filtration system between the water source and connection to the oven. Request an
Installation Safety Certificate depending on your local council requirements.
Food Trailer disclaimer IMPORTANT NOTES and Disclaimers
MUST HAVE 20cm clearance of ventilation for the fridge or freezer at the side and back of the unit from the wall.
You may require cutting a ventilation hole at the side of the trailer and installing a screen for the fridge to vent out.
Products are sold without warranty as movement and ambient temperature cannot be reliably maintained within a food truck.
