We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer error. Nor are we able to offer exchanges, or store credit, on the aforementioned grounds. However, we do honour the warranty of products that do not live up to their warranty period. In such cases, you may be able to return the product for a replacement or a refund.
To initiate a warranty claim, please use our contact form, and provide all the relevant details including Order Number, product SKU(s) and product serial number(s), where applicable. Include a clear description of the fault, and have some photos handy, as we may ask you for them later.
