A wet heat water level of 20mm deep, ensures the cupboard works at the optimum temperature without making the food too wet. The Hot Cupboard has a separate fan-forced heating system for food storage and plate warming etc. Fitted with sliding doors create a simple way to remove food from the cupboard without releasing too much heat. The doors also lift-off helping to creating a quick way to clean. This Versigan hot cupboard also comes with a drain valve and swing out run off tube makes for easy emptying and cleaning when needed. Designed with two 1\/1 gastronorm size pan spaces, this hot cupboard gives you the choice of serving two different food types. Please note: gastronorm pans are sold separately.
