The 540mmx1830mm Shelf plates have molded-in antimicrobial Camguard which inhibits the growth of mold, fungus or bacteria, removing the risk of cross contamination. They can also be safely run through commercial dishwashers, in order to provide a quick turnaround service.

Vented shelves provide optimal airflow around perishables stored in coolers or freezers, so your food remains fresher for longer. These shelves can withstand temperatures between - 38°C to 88°C allowing them to be placed in fridges, freezers, or even placed above oven or cooker units.
