Shipping to you
Important: delivery for heavy equipment is to KERBSIDE/ROADSIDE only. You are expected to move the equipment inside yourself. Please plan to have adequate helping hands on the day to manage. If you require additional manual assistance to move the heavy goods inside your premise, this must be requested and may be provided for an extra fee; but it comes at a premium.
Note that where the unit includes castors (wheels), these may be found in a pallet compartment, or inside the unit itself. The unit does not always come pre-mounted on the castors.
Installation services is not included as a part of our services, however, most of our appliances are fairly straightforward in the plug-and-play sense.
Delivery appointments are never specific to the hour or minute. Third-party couriers will deliver during business hours on the agreed date of delivery (DD/MM/YYYY) and cannot coordinate with you to the hour or minute. They may potentially give you a call at the time of arrival but will not be able to provide advance notice of when they arrive. This is typically true everywhere you go, not just with our store. It’s an industry standard.
Picking Up
Optionally, it may be possible to pick up this item at our participating partner in 3 states (NSW, QLD and VIC), but there are a few preconditions you must be aware of:
- Check with us first, because stock levels can change with little notice and takes time to reflect on the website.
- We quote shipping on a case-by-case basis; contact us to get a quote – the web cart will not automatically quote for shipping.
- Do not assume goods are available for pickup – contact us first – because although we may have stock, it might not be in the relevant warehouse within pick-up distance of you.
- For pick-up, you must pay by direct deposit, or better yet, by Osko Pay/ID (for less processing delays). Due to the liability policies of PayPal and our credit card processor, you cannot pick up if you pay by PayPal or credit card.
- We do not have a physical storefront, goods are located in a warehouse, and the warehouse does NOT accept or handle payments or cash. Therefore you must pay online in advance of collection.
- Goods require time to be ready for collection; typically this will be possible in the next day or two – but this depends on your payment clearing in time.

Note: you cannot pick up until we have issued you with an internal pickup reference number, and this in turn, cannot happen until your payment has cleared.
Pickup hours are strictly observed – the warehouses cannot allow pickup outside of the designated times on weekdays.
Warranty Disclaimers
The manufacturer (and we by extension) will consider warranty void if you:
- transport upright refrigeration equipment in a non-upright orientation;
- transport refrigeration equipment using inadequate (too-small) vehicles or in an insecure manner;
- use refrigeration equipment outside of the prescribed ambient temperature range or in an environment that is not strictly indoors (fully enclosed against the elements);
- fail to allow at least a 20cm margin of vacant space around the unit when in use;
- deploy your refrigeration equipment in a mobile stall;
- overload your fridge/freezer with produce;
- fail to stand the equipment for at least 24hrs before use, to allow gases to settle; or
- use any equipment for a purpose other than its intended one.
In some circumstances, the warehouse may refuse to release goods unless a warranty waiver is signed if you are perceived to be in violation of warranty terms.
In-transit Damage Claims
- The buyer or their authorised representatives must notify the store of any transit-related damage in a timely manner, meaning ideally on the same day as delivery, or next morning for late-afternoon deliveries. Delayed claims of in-transit damage may not be accepted.
