Dispatch times
Dispatch times can vary depending on the products ordered.
As a general rule, most products will dispatch same OR next-day if possible. A specific exception applies to products with a “SG-…” SKU (product code), which can take 2-5 business days to dispatch.
In some cases, there may also be products that are awaiting unpacking in warehouses, requiring additional time in the lead-up to dispatch.
Mind that some bank transfers can take up to 48 hours to clear – especially first-time transfers – and that we tend not to dispatch until payment has been fully resolved.
Backorders will dispatch as soon as goods become available.
Delivery times
Deliveries to Eastern Australia metropolitan areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) average on about 2-5 business days from the time of dispatch. Deliveries to Adelaide typically arrive in 2-7 business days. Deliveries to Perth, Darwin and Hobart may require up to a week or so and are more variable in their timing.
Deliveries to other cities and regional areas can vary widely.

A note on multi-part shipments
Due to the geographical and temporal dispersion of our stock, some orders may be fulfilled in multiple parts, which may arrive at different times. If your goods do not arrive all at once, you can contact us to confirm if this is the case.+
Freight Companies/Couriers: Delivery Protocols and Advice to Customers
We use a variety of third-party shipping companies including but not limited to Cope Sensitive Freight, Blue Star Global Logistics, TNT Express, Fastway (Aramex), and Couriers Please. In each case, we generally use the provider that makes the most logistic and economic sense.
Cope Sensitive Freight
One of our main go-to transport companies for heavy equipment including fridges and freezers.
Cope Sensitive Freight will contact you prior to delivery on the your provided phone number to negotiate a delivery date. This will be your opportunity to make them aware of site access considerations and business hours.
Please note that freight companies do not consider themselves to be removalists and will expect receivers to take over the goods from the point of drop-off. In most cases, the drop-off point will mean kerbside, dockside, or driveway. As such, we advise all customers to plan to have sufficient hands on standby on the planned day of delivery to assist with handling of heavy goods.
You can track your delivery using the tracking facility on the provider’s website at https://www.cope.com.au/.
Similarly, you can proactively call to make delivery arrangements and obtain further details regarding delivery status. On the provider’s website at https://www.cope.com.au/ you should contact the nearest branch, ask for the customer service department and provide the tracking number that we emailed to you.
